极谱催化波法测定红辣椒粉中的苏丹红Ⅰ

Abstract:

在Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲液(pH8.0)中,加入适量的K2S2O8溶液后,用微分脉冲极谱法测定苏丹红Ⅰ,结果于-0.590V处产生苏丹红Ⅰ的二阶导数峰。其含量在0.01~0.10mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=0.0552x+0.2128(r=0.9993,n=5),检出限为2.0μg.kg-1。该催化波的灵敏度比相应的还原波提高了5倍以上,用于测定辣椒粉中的苏丹红Ⅰ,结果满意。
