H-FABP和HSL基因多态性对苏淮猪胴体性状的影响

Abstract:

应用PCR-RFLP方法检测了H-FABP、HSL基因在83头苏淮猪中的多态性分布。结果表明H-FABP基因的3个变异位点和HSL基因都存在多态性。H-FABPHinfⅠ位点HH基因型个体的背膘厚为19.81mm,极显著低于hh基因型个体(20.16mm)(P<0.01),Hh基因型个体的背膘厚为19.86mm,显著低于hh基因型个体(P<0.05)。HH基因型个体的瘦肉率为59.69%,极显著高于hh型个体(54.84%)(P<0.01),Hh基因型个体的瘦肉率为58.69%,显著高于hh型个体(P<0.05)。HH-Dd-Aa单倍型背膘最薄(19.73mm)、瘦肉率最高(60.92%),但没有达到显著水平。HSL基因GG基因型个体的背膘厚为19.79mm,极显著低于AA基因型个体(20.23mm)(P<0.01),AG基因型个体的背膘厚为19.88mm,显著低于AA基因型个体(P<0.05)。GG基因型个体的瘦肉率为59.89%,极显著高于AA型个体(54.04%)(P<0.01),AG基因型个体的瘦肉率为58.52%,显著高于AA型个体(P<0.05)。提示H-FABP、HSL基因可以作为胴体性状的候选基因用于猪的辅助选育。
