MAPK在水分胁迫下玉米叶片细胞抗氧化损伤中的作用

Abstract:

以玉米为材料,运用促分裂原活化蛋白激酶激酶(mitogen-activatedproteinkinasekinase,MAPKK)抑制剂,研究了MAPK(mitogen-activatedproteinkinase)在水分胁迫下玉米叶片细胞抗氧化损伤中的作用。结果显示,水分胁迫引起玉米叶片膜脂过氧化和蛋白质氧化程度加重,质膜相对透性增加,并且其诱导的羰基化蛋白质主要分布在相对分子质量为37×103~94×103之间。利用MAPKK抑制剂PD98059(100、200μmol.L-1)和U0126(10、25μmol.L-1)预处理加重了上述水分胁迫下玉米叶片细胞的氧化损伤。上述结果表明,水分胁迫导致玉米叶片细胞产生氧化损伤,MAPK对其抗氧化损伤起一定的正调控作用。
