南京地区西花蓟马发生调查及其分子机制

Abstract:

以西花蓟马和烟蓟马的线粒体DNA的COI基因设计特异性引物,建立了西花蓟马PCR快速检测方法,该方法可以检测1/120单头成虫,对各种虫态均可进行特异性检测。对南京54种植物花器中蓟马种类进行了调查,通过形态特征和线粒体DNA的COI基因分子检测,均证明西花蓟马已在其中25种植物上发生,西花蓟马种群数量达蓟马总量20%的有11种植物,超过30%的有5种。
