40个梨品种S基因型的鉴定及S基因频率分析

Abstract:

利用变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离及DNA序列分析,对我国主栽的4个梨系统的40个梨品种的S基因型进行了鉴定。结果表明‘早生喜水’和‘玉水’,‘湘南’和‘大青梨’,‘水红霄’、‘红霄’和‘云南黄皮水’,‘青皮酥’和‘白皮酥’,‘斯尔克甫梨’和‘沙-01号香梨’都具有相同的S基因型,分别为S3S4、S1S3、S16S19、S34Sn和S22S28,鉴于梨自花授粉不结实的特性,应避免这些品种间的配置授粉。同时,对这40个梨品种中出现的29个S基因的分布频率进行了分析,结果表明不同的S基因出现的频率不同,S1和S3出现的频率最高为10.0%,其次为S19(8.75%)、S22和S34(6.25%),其余S基因出现的频率均低于5%,而相同的S基因在不同梨系统中出现的频率也不同,如S3基因在砂梨系统中出现的频率最高为17.5%。
