菊花COP9信号复合体亚基CmCSN1的克隆与表达分析

Abstract:

以菊花品种‘清露’cDNA为模板克隆出了菊花CmCSN1基因,并研究了CmCSN1在环境信号中的表达变化。序列分析表明该基因编码442个氨基酸,推导的蛋白质相对分子质量为50397;CmCSN1基因在进化上是保守的,具有与动物相同的PCI结构域。荧光定量PCR分析结果显示该基因在根、茎、叶和花中都有表达,但花中的表达量较高;弱光处理使CmCSN1表达量上调;CmCSN1白天比晚上的表达量高,有昼夜节律性;在花发育过程中,萌动期表达量很低,而紧蕾期表达量急剧增加,表明该基因可能在弱光胁迫响应以及花发育方面发挥作用。
