小菘菜游离小孢子培养和植株再生

Abstract:

以7个基因型的小菘菜品种为供试材料,采用游离小孢子培养技术,研究基因型、培养方法、激素及AgNO3对小孢子胚芽诱导率和植株再生的影响。结果表明基因型是影响小菘菜小孢子胚芽诱导率的最重要的因子;小菘菜小孢子培养初期用170g?L-1蔗糖处理1d后,更换培养基能显著提高小孢子的胚芽诱导率;0.05mg?L-16-BA和0.2mg?L-1NAA能促进小菘菜小孢子胚的发生;添加0.1mg?L-1GA3和0.3或0.4mg?L-1AgNO3可显著提高小菘菜小孢子胚的胚芽诱导率和平均每胚出芽数。
