脂肪包被γ-氨基丁酸对持续热应激奶牛HPA轴和部分免疫指标的影响

Abstract:

为了解脂肪包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对奶牛持续热应激的缓解效果,选用20头荷斯坦奶牛,随机均分为4组,每组5头,Ⅰ(对照组)、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂脂肪包被GABA(40%纯度)0、5、10和15g?d-1。结果表明饲喂15d,各试验组血清GABA水平均高于Ⅰ组,且Ⅳ与Ⅰ组间差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的促肾上腺激素释放激素(CRH)显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组白介素(IL-2)显著高于其他3组;Ⅳ组IgG极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。饲喂30d,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清GABA极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组促肾上腺激素(ACTH)极显著低于Ⅰ组;Ⅳ组皮质醇(COR)显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组IL-2显著高于Ⅰ组;Ⅲ和Ⅳ组IgM显著高于Ⅰ组。添加脂肪包被GABA降低了奶牛直肠温度和呼吸频率,且在10和30d,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组直肠温度极显著低于Ⅰ组,Ⅳ组呼吸频率显著低于Ⅰ组。结论添加脂肪包被GABA,抑制了HPA轴激素的分泌,增强了机体的免疫力,其中以添加GABA15g?d-1效果最好。
