稻梨孢抗嘧菌酯突变体B92R2的部分生物学性状

Abstract:

通过紫外诱变获得引起稻瘟病的稻梨孢抗嘧菌酯突变体B9R2,此突变体对嘧菌酯表现为高抗药水平。B9R2的40个单孢子后代的抗药性状稳定,但是随着在无药平板上转代和低温培养,抗药水平和生长速率均下降,第10代的抗药水平和生长速率分别下降226%和396%;4℃培养30d后,抗药水平和生长速率分别下降191%和294%。与野生亲本菌株B9相比,抗药突变体产孢量和孢子萌发率分别下降658%和129%。B9R2的黑色素产生能力和致病力与亲本B9菌株相同。嘧菌酯不抑制抗药突变体B9R2黑色素的产生,但能强烈抑制孢子的产生,在100μg?mL-1嘧菌酯的产孢培养基上其产孢量下降了932%。盆钵试验表明,在活体条件下突变体B9R2对嘧菌酯也具有抗药性。
