利用回交重组自交系群体检测水稻苗期耐冷性基因座

Abstract:

以98个Nipponbare/Kasalath∥Nipponbare回交重组自交家系(BILs)组成的群体为材料,进行水稻苗期耐冷性数量性状基因座的检测和遗传效应分析。25℃正常条件下培养水稻幼苗至二叶一心期,6~10℃低温处理7d,之后缓慢升温至25℃,缓苗4d,调查死苗率,并以死苗率作为苗期耐冷性强弱的表型值,分析亲本和98个BILs的苗期耐冷性表现。采用WindowsQTLCartographer1.13a软件的复合区间作图法,共检测到2个苗期耐冷性QTLs,分别位于第2和第3染色体上,命名为qSCT2和qSCT3。2个QTL的LOD值分别为3.81和2.86,可解释群体表型变异的13.69%和9.31%。对苗期冷害具有抗性的2个数量性状基因座均来自苗期耐冷亲本Nipponbare。
