转人乳铁蛋白基因山羊乳对大鼠生长及代谢机能的影响

Abstract:

选用30只100g左右清洁级SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机均分为3组,转基因乳组每天2次灌胃转人乳铁蛋白基因(hLF)波尔山羊乳1mL(蛋白含量0.93g.mL-1),普通乳组灌胃未经任何处理的普通波尔山羊乳1mL(蛋白浓度0.93g.mL-1),生理盐水组灌胃等量灭菌生理盐水;自由采食、饮水,连续15d;颈部静脉采血致死,收集血清。结果显示灌胃转hLF基因山羊乳显著提高了雌、雄大鼠的日增重,与生理盐水组相比差异极显著(P0.05)。试验结果表明短期灌胃转hLF基因山羊乳能够促进大鼠的生长,但对大鼠的代谢机能没有显著影响。
