光质对油葵芽苗菜生长和品质的影响

Abstract:

采用发光二极管(lightemittingdiode,LED)调制光谱能量分布,以荧光灯作为对照,研究光质对油葵芽苗菜生长和品质的影响。研究表明在光照强度23μmol?m-2?s-1、光周期14h?d-1和温度(25±2)℃的条件下,红光处理显著提高子叶面积、下胚轴直径、淀粉含量、叶绿素总量/类胡萝卜素含量,与其他光质处理相比,红光下油葵芽苗菜叶绿素a、叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素含量显著提高;蓝光显著提高芽苗菜干物质、可溶性蛋白含量及POD、CAT活性;黄光对根长有抑制效果,而对游离氨基酸的积累有促进作用;UV-B显著提高下胚轴长度和SOD、CAT的活性。综上所述,红光照射有利于油葵芽苗菜生长及品质提升。
