甜柿土壤养分与果实品质关系多元分析及优化方案

Abstract:

[目的]通过研究果园土壤养分对‘阳丰’果实品质的影响,提出生产优质甜柿果品的土壤养分含量优化方案,为甜柿果园科学合理配方施肥,提高肥效提供理论参考.[方法]应用典型相关分析和多元线性回归等方法对陕西省眉县甜柿种植果园土壤养分含量和果实品质进行分析,筛选出影响甜柿果实品质的主要土壤养分因子,获得阳丰甜柿优质土壤养分含量优化方案.[结果]优质甜柿果园土壤养分含量优化方案为:有机质19.9~32.4 g?kg-1,碱解氮50.0~177.3 mg?kg-1,速效磷5~30 mg?kg-1,速效钾319~600 mg?kg-1,有效钙200 mg?kg-1,有效镁100~200 mg?kg-1,有效铁5 mg?kg-1,有效锰9~20 mg?kg-1,有效铜0.5~4.3 mg?kg-1;理论上果实单果质量可达344.4 g,硬度20.7 kg?cm-2,可溶性固形物19.9%,可滴定酸0.012%,可溶性单宁0 mg?kg-1,维生素C含量350 mg?100 g-1.在所调查甜柿果园中,100%的果园土壤有机质含量偏低,66.67%的果园土壤钾缺乏,53.3%的果园土壤镁缺乏,66.67%的果园土壤锰缺乏.[结论]改变原有的施肥种类和数量,增施有机肥、钾肥和镁、锰等微量肥料是提高当地果园甜柿品质的重要措施.
[Objectives]In order to provide analysis reference for scientific fertilizer formulas of persimmon orchard and improve the fertilizer efficiency,an alternative optimization of soil nutrient for high quality persimmon production was proposed,through studying the influence of soil nutrient status on fruit quality of‘Youhou’. [Methods]Soil nutrient content and fruit quality of persimmon orchards in Mei County,Shaanxi Province were analyzed by typical correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression methods. The key influential soil nutrient factors of persimmon fruit quality were screened. Besides,an alternative optimization for soil nutrient content was obtained. [Results]The optimum proposals of soil nutrient elements content for quality persimmon were as follows:19.9-32.4 g?kg-1 organic matter,50.0-177.3 mg?kg-1 alkaline-N,5-30 mg?kg-1 available P,319-600 mg?kg-1 available K,200 mg?kg-1 available Ca,100-200 mg?kg-1 available Mg,5 mg?kg-1 available Fe,9-20 mg?kg-1 available Mn,0.5-4.3 mg?kg-1 available Cu,respectively. Under those soil nutrient status,the fruit weight could reach 344.4 g in theory,along with firmness 20.7 kg?cm-2,soluble solids 19.9%,titratable acid 0.012%,soluble tannin 0 mg?kg-1 and vitamin C 350 mg?100 g-1. In addition,our results indicate that 100% orchards in Mei County are deficient in organic matter,and 66.67%,53.3%,66.67%,of the orchards are deficient in elements K,Mg and Mn,respectively. [Conclusions]Polishing up the original fertilizer formulas,especially increasing organic matter,K,Mg and Mn content,is an important measure to improve the fruit quality of local persimmon orchard
