Ca(2+)和Mn(2+)对地中海拟无枝菌酸菌(Amycolatopsis mediterranei)U-32次生代谢及激酶活性的影响

Abstract:

采用Ca2+、Mn2+和地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32共培养的方法,通过滤纸法检测抗生素含量和离体磷酸化反应检测激酶活性,研究Ca2+和Mn2+对地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32次生代谢的影响。低浓度Ca2+和Mn2+均能促进地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32的生长;随着离子浓度增高,促生长效果下降;浓度太高,则表现为抑制作用。5mmol/LCa2+对地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32的色素绝对产量增加效果最好,而对其相对于菌体的色素量则以5mmol/LMn2+的效果最好。05mmol/LCa2+对地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32的抗生素合成有很好的作用,而Mn2+有一定的抑制作用。对地中海拟无枝菌酸菌U32的无细胞提取液进行离体磷酸化反应检测,发现Ca2+能促进其激酶的活性,而Mn2+则相对抑制了某些激酶活性。
