大豆黄酮对绵羊肝脏氮代谢及其有关激素水平的影响

Abstract:

在4头门静脉、肝静脉和肠系膜静脉上安装血管导管的绵羊上研究了大豆黄酮(Da,2mg?kg-1,肠系膜静脉给药,每天两次,连续5d)对肝脏氮代谢及有关激素水平的影响。结果表明,在Da的影响下,绵羊肝脏血液中尿素氮水平明显下降,肝静脉和门静脉中尿素氮的浓度处理期较对照期分别下降1393%(P<005)和1362%(P<005);门静脉血中GH的浓度较对照期提高了3931%(P<005),而在肝静脉血中GH的浓度也有所提高;肝静脉中IGF1水平与对照期相比提高了1871%(P<001),且门静脉中IGF1也维持在一个较高的水平上;而Da对绵羊肝脏血中胰岛素的水平则无显著性影响。提示Da可通过增强对绵羊肝脏氮的潴留,提高门静脉GH水平和肝脏IGF1的合成与分泌,从而促进机体的生长代谢
