菊属植物细胞学与分子细胞遗传学研究进展

Abstract:

从染色体倍数性、染色体分带、核型分析、减数分裂行为和染色体原位杂交5个方面对菊属植物的细胞学和分子细胞遗传学研究进展进行了综述。细胞学和分子细胞遗传学研究为菊属种的形成、种间亲缘关系等的确立提供了一定的信息,但同时他们也存在许多局限性,还需要借助分子系统学等手段。
