高锌日粮对断奶仔猪血清、组织及粪便中铜、铁、锌水平的影响

Abstract:

选用60头26日龄左右"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重和性别随机分成3组,每组20头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+3000mg.kg-1氧化锌和基础日粮+500mg.kg-1蛋氨酸锌。试验期70d。分别于断奶后0、7、14、21、42、70d经前腔静脉采血并收集粪便,用原子吸收光谱仪检测血清及粪便中铜、铁、锌水平。分别在试验的14d和70d,每组选5头仔猪放血致死,分别取心、肝、肾、脾、胸腺等组织,测定铜、铁、锌的含量。结果表明,仔猪断奶后,血清中铜、锌水平显著或极显著下降,而粪便铜、铁、锌含量显著或极显著升高;断奶后14d,添加不同锌源的高锌日粮能显著提高断奶仔猪心、肝、肾、血清锌的含量,提高粪便中铜、锌的含量,显著或极显著降低仔猪血清铜、心和胸腺铜及脾铁水平;断奶后70d,显著或极显著提高断奶仔猪心、肝、肾、脾、胸腺、血清锌的含量及提高肾、胸腺铁及粪便铜、铁、锌的含量,显著或极显著降低仔猪血清铜和心、脾、胸腺铜水平及降低血清铁和心、肝、脾铁含量。高锌日粮能增加断奶应激仔猪体内锌水平及粪便中铜、铁、锌的含量,降低血清及部分组织中铜、铁的含量。
