富硒益生菌对蛋鸡抗氧化能力和肠道菌群及消化酶活性的影响

Abstract:

将400羽罗曼蛋鸡随机均分为4组,每组5个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他各组在基础日粮中分别添加富硒益生菌、亚硒酸钠和益生菌,进行35d的饲养试验。结果表明试验15d和35d,富硒益生菌和亚硒酸钠均能显著提高蛋鸡全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P0.05)。富硒益生菌与益生菌在改善蛋鸡肠道菌群与提高消化酶活性方面没有显著差异(P>0.05)。
