城市轨道交通全寿命周期成本分析

Abstract:

研究了城市轨道交通全寿命周期成本构成,定量分析了地铁成本各分项指标及各指标所占比重,计算了地铁土建成本和机电设备成本。应用全寿命周期成本分析理论,建立城市轨道交通的全寿命周期成本分析数学模型,并提出分析步骤,最后以地铁通风空调系统为全寿命周期成本分析对象进行实例分析。分析结果表明在地铁建设8项成本中,土建成本比重最大,占36.36%,平均每公里造价为1.97亿元;其次为机电设备成本,占19.83%,平均每公里造价为1.07亿元。利用所建模型计算通风空调系统与屏蔽门系统的全寿命周期成本,结果分别为4180.4万元和3237.8万元,屏蔽门系统全寿命周期成本较低,因此,前期建设成本高的方案可能后期运营成本低,其全寿命周期成本可能较低。
