高铁引线绩效多层次模糊综合评价方法

Abstract:

提出了高铁引线绩效评价的指标体系,构造了多层次模糊综合评价模型。对模糊因素进行了量化,对指标权值进行了合理分配,建立了指标的隶属度函数与模糊关系矩阵,并对判断矩阵进行了一致性检验,运用最大隶属度有效原则进行项目有效性评价。评价结果表明方案A的综合评价值最大,为11.214,表明方案A最优,符合实际,因此,评价模型可靠。
