Abstract:

随着绝缘子表面污秽的积累,绝缘子表面泄漏电流在污秽受潮的过程中有显著变化,泄漏电流对于描述绝缘子的绝缘状态有着简单易行、直观高效的优点。文中旨在介绍一种实用新型的便携式泄漏电流监测系统,适用于现场外绝缘的绝缘状况研究。该套系统数据采集使用差分模式,有效抑制共模信号干扰;数据同步采样率最高可达到20kS/s,采样信号能够保留泄漏电流原始信号的全部信息;泄漏电流传感器选用具有分段处理信号功能的电阻型传感器,抗电磁干扰能力强,适用于复杂电磁环境;系统测量范围达到0.1mA~5A,相对误差控制在2%以内,同时可以配合分压器使用,测量与电流信号同步的电压信号,便于分析处理研究。与硬件系统相配套的软件平台基于LabVIEW程序搭建,以虚拟仪器的形式实现真实测量仪器的效果,具有操作简单、功能丰富以及可扩展能力强的优点。该套便携式泄漏电流监测系统具有质量轻、体积小、经济灵活、移动方便等特点,适用于各科研单位在不同的试验现场使用。
