Abstract:

空间电荷问题是影响变压器油纸绝缘材料耐电强度,导致其绝缘故障的重要因素。针对水分对油纸绝缘电气性能的危害,文中采用基于电声脉冲法的空间电荷测试系统研究了不同水分含量油浸绝缘纸在直流场强20、30、40kV/mm下的空间电荷特性。结果表明加压过程中,水分对油浸绝缘纸内部空间电荷分布产生很大影响。油浸绝缘纸试品水分含量越高,其内部积聚的电荷量越少,油纸界面对电荷的阻挡作用也越弱;在油浸绝缘纸试品击穿前,试品内部仅积聚少量的负电荷,空间电荷在两电极间快速导通,是导致油浸绝缘纸试品击穿的主因。
