限制特高压开关设备雷电冲击过冲的试验回路开发

Abstract:

随着特高压开关类产品的普及,雷电冲击试验中过冲偏大的问题,已成为国内外试验技术人员所关注的热点问题。虽然最新的IEC60060-12010及GB/T16927―2011标准放宽了对过冲的要求和限制,但是通过近几年特高压开关类产品的雷电冲击试验来看,过冲仍难以控制在10%以内。笔者通过建模仿真,设计开发了参数合理的过冲阻尼装置,并将其应用于雷电冲击试验回路中,有效地抑制了过冲,使得过冲从22%降至5%左右,满足了标准的要求,对实际试验具有一定指导意义。
