绝缘子表面污层电导率的影响因素研究

Abstract:

绝缘子污闪造成的事故严重威胁着电力系统的安全运行。在实际运行的线路中,由于周围环境污染,积污绝缘子表面在自然雾中受潮,绝缘性能下降,易引发污闪事故。在表征绝缘子污秽度的特征量中污层电导率是一个非常好的参量,研究影响绝缘子污层电导率的因素具有重大意义。笔者以XP-70、XP-160和LXY4-160绝缘子为研究对象,通过人工污秽试验分析了不同盐密、污秽成分和绝缘子型式对污层电导率的影响。结果表明随着盐密的增大,污层电导率也逐渐增大;当盐密一定时,污层电导率值随着污秽成分中NaCl比例的减小而减小;绝缘子的形状结构对污层电导率值几乎没有影响。
