常德电网变电设备导电回路过热缺陷原因及对策分析

Abstract:

通过对常德电网年度变电设备运行过程中出现的设备导电回路过热缺陷进行分类归纳分析与总结,发现电网中变电设备过热缺陷的分布与特点。以电接触理论中接触电阻的经典理论为基础,综合考虑设备端子设计、母排及变电设备安装技术标准的要求,对设备发热的原因进行了深入的分析,并结合运维检修的经验和标准规范的要求针对性的制定了例如针对螺杆接触改为螺纹抱箍型接线板、铜铝对接接触使用复合铜铝过渡片、螺钉紧固接触静触头环改为抱箍型接触、例行状态检修开展回路电阻测试、触指(头)镀银层现场电刷镀修复技术、采用力矩扳手进行紧固验收等一系列可行的防范措施,对今后的变电设备运维检修管理及现场工作均具有一定的参考价值。
