Abstract:

笔者概述了无功补偿装置的主要类型及其特点,介绍了西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司研制的复合电能质量调节装置的设计原理及结构。利用基于最新实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)的电力系统实时仿真试验平台研究并验证了该产品的无功调节控制功能和动态性能,对试验结果进行了分析,同时探讨了相关电能质量标准的试验要求。
