高温硫化硅橡胶试品表面染污方法研究

Abstract:

实验室开展硅橡胶材料憎水迁移特性试验时,对试片表面污层均匀分布程度要求很高,目前通用的实验方法为浸污法和涂刷法,这两种方法的刷污效果可能很难满足试验要求。文中针对高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)材料的各种染污方法,以HTV平板试片为对象,对比分析了多种染污方法,并提出了弓弦法的试验方法。弓弦法利用水膜的表面张力来获得理想污层,并可同时实现高精度定量均匀染污的试验目的。试验结果表明,浸污法无法实现定量分析的实验场合;利用弓弦法可以试验试片表面均匀染污;对于结构复杂的复合绝缘子,弓弦法操作较为复杂;可结合不同的试验需求对试验方法加以筛选。
