110~500 kV隔热屏蔽一体服的研究

Abstract:

针对新型倍容量导线运行温度高达200℃,而传统屏蔽服不能隔热的问题,笔者研制开发了一种隔热屏蔽一体新型屏蔽服,并对该服装各项指标进行了测试。研究结果显示在发热体温度为200℃时,隔热屏蔽一体服的表面温度从35℃升高到60℃所用时间为90s,满足操作人员作业时间要求,适用于采用倍容量导线的110~500kV输电线路带电作业时使用。
