220 kV某GIS盆式绝缘子漏气原因分析及处理措施

Abstract:

某地区对运行的GIS设备缺陷统计发现,漏气缺陷所占GIS缺陷比重达70%,而盆式绝缘子裂纹是引起漏气的主要原因。多次设备解体分析得出,注胶工艺不合格引起螺栓孔进水,冬天冻裂了盆式绝缘子。通过实例分析了该类型盆式绝缘子的密封原理和漏气原因,采取了综合处理措施,并对该类型盆式绝缘子提出改进密封方案、提高法兰面加工工艺和注胶质量等合理化建议。
