500 kV变压器局放试验故障分析和处理

Abstract:

出厂短时感应耐压试验中,某500kV电力变压器在680kV电压时出现局放量严重超标事故。事故后,对变压器分阶段取油样分析;同时检查接线和试验设备后进行诊断性试验。根据油样分析结果和试验现象初步判定为变压器内部故障。随后吊心检查发现高压出头最外侧绝缘围屏和调压引线绝缘木螺杆等部位均有放电痕迹。通过对放电部位及周边电场情况的仿真计算分析,明确放电路径;同时结合试验现象,确定该故障是由于该变压器存在设计缺陷和采用低绝缘强度的绝缘件引起的。针对该事故,提出绝缘件更换和设计优化的维修处理方案。事故分析和处理方案能够为后续电力变压器设计和制作工艺的完善提供依据。
