基于断续导通模式下的PCS中双向DC/DC变换器的研究

Abstract:

为获得较高的功率密度和减小开关损耗,将PCS中双向DC/DC变换器设计在断续导通模式(DCM)下,并采用交错并联结构弥补DCM下电压电流纹波较大的缺陷。分析研究变换器采用不添加额外半导体器件的控制型软开关技术,实现开关软通断,减小开关损耗。最后推导了实现软开关的死区时间、电容、电感等设计公式。通过实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。
