矿用隔爆型高压电缆连接器的载流量分析

Abstract:

为深入研究高压隔爆型电缆连接器的载流量和事故多发原因,以LBG1-200/6高压电缆连接器为研究对象,从电、绝缘、热3方面分析连接器的结构及材料属性;运用有限元方法,建立了高压电缆连接器的电磁场与热场耦合模型,分析了运行在恶劣环境下高压电缆连接器的温度分布云图。算例定量分析了电力谐波、绝缘老化及结构微变引起的额外温升及载流量变化,为矿用电缆连接器的安全使用提供依据。
