高压断路器机械特性振动信号特征提取和故障诊断方法研究

Abstract:

针对高压断路器机械振动信号,在正常状态、分闸弹簧单根脱落状态和操作及传动机构卡涩状态下,采用模糊C聚类分析算法比较短时傅里叶变换、小波包能量熵和希尔伯特―黄变换3种特征提取方法的分类性能,提出了基于相关向量机理论的断路器机械特性故障诊断方法,搭建了数据采集系统,研究了断路器机械特性不同状态下信号特征值的变化规律,并通过实验证明了特征提取和故障诊断方法的有效性。
