传动机构对高压断路器动作特性的影响分析

Abstract:

高压断路器中常常采用不同的传动机构来连接灭弧室本体和操动机构,实现分闸、合闸与自动重合闸操作,同时传动机构又会对其动作特性产生影响。笔者从介绍某高压断路器传动机构的工作原理入手,并对断路器机械特性的测试结果进行分析,其次论述传动机构刚性差对断路器动作特性的影响,提出提高传动机构刚性的有效措施,最后通过提高传动机构刚性后的试验结果进行验证。
