脉冲大电流下的CuCr触头温度场计算

Abstract:

电器开关触头温度场的研究,对于电器开关的正常运行有着重要意义。文中针对真空灭弧室CuCr触头,采用数值分析法,考虑触头材料硬度随温度的变化及触头间的电动斥力,提出了一种导电桥半径在仿真中实时变化的MATLAB算法,得到了触头在脉冲大电流下的瞬态温度场分布,并通过试验验证了仿真的正确性。结果表明,在对大电流的仿真中,对触头硬度随温度变化的考虑是十分必要的,文中提出的算法也是准确有效的。
