HGIS隔离开关触头烧蚀原因分析

Abstract:

混合型气体绝缘组合电器(hybrid-gasinsulatedswitchgear,HGIS)在运行过程中,发生三相电流不平衡。为分析问题产生的原因,对HGIS进行了一系列试验,并返厂进行解体检查。结果表明SF6气体分解物中SO2体积分数严重超标,C相回路接触电阻严重增大,C相分合闸时间测试无信号,三工位线隔离开关触头严重烧损。分析表明触头烧蚀是由设计缺陷、安装工艺不良等多个因素引起。对同类型的设备进行排查,发现多起类似问题。针对该类问题,建议厂家在设计应予以改进,并严格管制安装工艺,同时对已运行设备应加强在线监测,尽量避免使用三工位线隔离开关进行线路接地。
