带电检测技术在变压器套管故障诊断中的应用

Abstract:

主要介绍带电检测技术在110kV变压器套管故障诊断中的成功应用案例。针对佛山局某110kV变电站2号主变压器变高C相套管常规试验介损值、电容量超过规定值,套管油色谱试验发现乙炔超标的情况,对该套管进行带电测试,确定该套管存在缺陷;对套管高压介损和局部放电试验并解体发现,在该套管第1屏和第2屏存在放电痕迹,验证了测试结果。
