基于振动声学对瓷支柱绝缘子强度的检测技术

Abstract:

近年来由于机械强度问题引发的瓷支柱绝缘子断裂甚至折断的事故屡见不鲜,而传统的检测方法必须停电,并且由作业人员登上高空梯对其进行检测,费时费力。文中主要介绍一种振动声学的检测方法,利用瓷支柱绝缘子的模态固有频率来判断其瓷柱内是否存在缺陷,除了可以带电作业之外,检测的方便快捷也是其一大特点。通过在云南省某220kV变电站的预试定检,论证了采用振动声学检测瓷支柱绝缘子的可行性。
