126 kV真空断路器电机操动机构动态仿真与试验研究

Abstract:

为了简化高压真空断路器操动机构的结构并提高其工作可靠性,笔者对不同转子结构的真空断路器电机操动机构的动态特性进行了研究。建立了126kV真空断路器操动机构的动态仿真模型,推导了驱动电机主轴侧的等效转动惯量、动态反力以及动触头行程与驱动电机转角的关系。依据上述分析并综合考虑绕组端部效应对电机启动过程的影响,采用场―路―运动耦合法对驱动电机在断路器分、合闸操作过程中的瞬态磁场和动态机械特性参数进行了仿真计算。结合仿真结果制成了永磁驱动电机样机,进行了操动机构与断路器联机试验试验。试验结果表明电机操动机构能实现断路器的可靠分、合闸操作,平均合闸速度达到2.51m/s,平均分闸速度达到3.35m/s,满足断路器的要求。动态性能仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了仿真分析的有效性。
