Abstract:

在实时电价体系下,通过研究价格弹性矩阵研究了需求侧的用电行为,以此确定需求侧响应量。建立了基于需求侧响应的微电网市场优化模型,需求侧重点研究可转移负荷、可中断负荷对微网带来的经济效益。对模型进行线性化处理,并采用性能较好的专业优化软件IBMILOGCPLEX进行模型求解。仿真结果表明,可转移负荷加入后微网运行总费用减少7.85%,可转移、可中断负荷同时加入微电网后微网运行总费用减少17.56%,市场优化效果显著。
