考虑雷电过电压作用的500 kV SF6电流互感器故障原因分析

Abstract:

笔者针对一起雷雨天气下2台500kVSF6电流互感器在65s内相继发生的主绝缘击穿故障,利用ATP仿真软件搭建了变电站及线路模型,计算了雷电过电压传导至故障电流互感器时的幅值,分析了侵入变电站的雷电过电压对SF6电流互感器故障过程的影响,并根据故障电流互感器的解体检查情况,推导了电流互感器的故障过程,找出了电流互感器故障的根本原因。分析结果表明侵入变电站的雷电过电压没有将电流互感器直接击穿,但促使已存在绝缘缺陷的电流互感器主绝缘加速劣化;2台电流互感器故障的根本原因均为其L2侧第4个绝缘支撑件存在绝缘缺陷;此外,故障电流互感器玻璃钢绝缘筒绝缘裕度偏低,当内部SF6气体被污染时,容易造成玻璃钢绝缘筒内壁劣化烧蚀,并使之与电容屏之间产生放电,使电容屏表面形成烧蚀。最后,笔者对该型号电流互感器提出了质量管控措施,对在运同型号设备提出了故障预防措施。
