基于振动声学原理的瓷柱探伤检测的研究

Abstract:

支柱式瓷绝缘子是保证高压断路器等电气设备工作可靠性的重要组成部分。其运行工况与电气设备的健康运行息息相关。笔者首先分析了支柱式瓷绝缘子老化的原因和特征,对断路器等支柱式瓷绝缘子的诊断方法进行归纳总结,着重研究了1种基于振动声学的瓷柱探伤方法,完成3个变电站瓷柱绝缘子的在线检测工作,并将其与离线测试相比较,证明了采用振动声学原理的带电检测瓷柱探伤方法的可行性。
