隔离开关中支柱绝缘子的风载荷计算

Abstract:

笔者采用k-ε湍流模型通过计算流体动力学软件FLUENT计算了隔离开关中单节支柱绝缘子在多种风速作用下所受到的风载荷,并将其与经验公式的计算结果进行比较。分析了产生误差的原因,同时给出了更准确的修正公式。然后采用同样的模型和软件计算了整个4节绝缘子组件在多种风速作用下所受的风载荷,并将其与两种近似计算方法的结果进行了比较,也分析了造成误差的主要原因。最后研究了整个4节绝缘子组件所受的风载荷与绝缘子立柱间中心距的关系。结果表明,在风速大于20m/s的情形,经验公式会显著地高估单节绝缘子的风载荷。另外整个绝缘子组件所受的风载荷随中心距的增大而减小。
