Abstract:

拉萨换流站是青藏±400kV直流联网工程的受端,为解决受端藏中220kV电网弱系统问题,在拉萨换流站的35kV侧装设了静止无功补偿装置SVC。由于2号站用变压器也装设在35kV侧,SVC装置在投切时会产生较大暂态电压波动,对站用电系统的安全稳定产生影响,严重时会引起换流站内的辅助系统停运,导致直流闭锁。针对以上情况,笔者提出35kV侧的控制策略,消除SVC投切暂态电压波动对站用电的影响,对站用电系统的重要负荷进行全面梳理,保证站用电系统运行的安全可靠,供今后工程参考借鉴。
