Abstract:

针对目前单一方法用于开关柜局部放电检测存在局限,提出一种暂态对地电压和超声法联合检测方法,通过人工模拟不同空气湿度条件下对开关柜内局部放电情况进行检测,并对局放检测结果进行分析和对开关柜绝缘状态进行评估,提出如设置红外线加热器、绝缘挡板改用憎水性材料等改善开关柜绝缘环境的措施。
