500 kV变压器套管的在线监测与现场高压介损测量研究

Abstract:

500kV变压器是变电站的核心元件,套管对主变的稳定运行有着重要的作用,根据公司关于500kV高压交流套管反事故措施的要求,基于套管在线监测系统对主变变高、变中套管的运行情况进行实时监测,发现500kV1号主变变高侧B相套管介损值增长明显,增长幅度较大,电容值变化无异常。为验证在线监测数据的准确性,针对10kV常规介损测试难以真实反映套管真实运行状况的情况,采用变频原理的串联谐振升压方式对主变套管进行高压介损测试,发现B相变高套管介损值随电压升高,介损值上升趋势明显,在某个区间有突变情况,上升斜率较A、C相明显偏大,电容值波动不大,基本无上升趋势,无突变情况。结合在线监测系统与高压介损测试数据,结果显示B相变高套管应存在绝缘薄弱等潜在缺陷,有明显劣化趋势,经解体检查验证,有效避免了一起500kV主变压器事故。
