Abstract:

针对三相分立式永磁机构断路器对其配套永磁机构的小型化、低电压、小电流、大保持力等特殊要求,设计并研发了一套新型永磁机构。笔者主要研究在较低电压下永磁机构的分、合闸过程中动铁心的位移、速度等机械参数与时间的关系,确定线圈电流、静态保持力等优化参数。采用有限元法对永磁机构进行分析研究,在Maxwell2D建立了永磁机构的仿真模型,并根据仿真结果结合样机数据对三相分立式永磁机构优化设计。试验结果证明,优化后的永磁机构各项技术参数达到了设计要求。
