1 100 kV盆式绝缘子改善机械强度的研究

Abstract:

1100kV盆式绝缘子是特高压GIS的关键部件,但制造难度较大,目前国内试制的盆式绝缘子机械强度略差,水压破坏值较低,成为制约其工程应用的瓶颈问题。在确保电、热性能的前提下,就如何改善盆式绝缘子的机械强度开展了研究。首先,尝试了环氧界面剂和导电橡胶两种嵌件处理工艺,通过改善中心嵌件与环氧树脂界面的接触效果改良了盆式绝缘子的机械强度;其次,设计了两种新的嵌件结构,得到了强度高、一致性好、接近国际领先水平的水压破坏结果。改进后的盆式绝缘子满足了技术规范要求,经严格考核后已应用于皖电东送工程,标志着中国已经具备了制造1100kV盆式绝缘子的能力。
