基于IPM模块的智能断路器电动底盘车控制电路设计

Abstract:

为适应智能化断路器的发展趋势,研制了基于L292和IPM模块的断路器电动底盘车双极性H桥电机驱动控制装置,设计了H型双极性可逆PWM电动底盘车电机驱动系统的控制电路原理图。经过试验验证该电动底盘车控制电路实现了底盘车的电动操作、工作电流监测和限流保护功能,大大降低了现场操作人员的劳动强度,提高了控制功能稳定性。通过对电动底盘车电机电流进行监测,实时掌握电动底盘车的状态,提高了中压开关柜的可靠性。
