40.5 kV投切无功负载专用SF6断路器设计

Abstract:

首先简要分析了投切无功负载专用断路器的研究现状,然后基于投切无功负载过电压较高的特点,采取提高分闸速度,优化电场和气流场等措施设计出一种投切电容器组、电抗器组专用SF6断路器,对断路器的灭弧室在开断过程中的气流场、电场等进行了仿真计算,根据仿真和理论分析计算了开断后介质强度恢复特性,分析表明该断路器能满足设计要求。最后按照IEC62271-1002003标准要求,对该断路器在荷兰KEMA试验站顺利通过了投切高参数无功负载的相关型式试验,验证了设计的正确性。
